USPS has reported unprecedented package increases with the influx of mail due to COVID-19 and the global pandemic. If you have received a shipping notification from Shapes Design Company, we can guarantee that your product is in fact “in transit,” and, at this time, cannot report packages as “lost” and cannot cancel or refund orders at this time. If you haven’t noticed movement- here are some possible causes-

  • Tracking information is NOT being updated for all packages and there are inaccuracies.
  • Some orders will show that the package is in “pre-shipment” status when the package is actually in transit, but has yet to be been scanned in by USPS. If you have received a shipping notification from Shapes Design Company, your package has been accepted at our local USPS facility. 
  • There have been several cases in which USPS isn’t updating tracking until the item is “Out For Delivery”. 

 

Buttons, stickers and cards are shipped in 3-5 business days. Games and shirts will be shipped in 3-4 weeks, as they ship directly from manufacturer. If you haven't received your order, please refer to the above shipping times first. If the shipping times have past, and you have received a shipping notification from us, please check your tracking information on the USPS website. If the shipping time has passed, and you have NOT received a notification from us, please notify us via email (shapesdesigncompany@gmail.com).

 

Because our buttons are made to order, cancellations can be made within 24 hours for a full refund. Refunds will be sent to the original payment form. Requests made after 24 hours cannot be honored. If you receive an incorrect/defective item, please notify us within 24 hours to return your item for a replacement. Please notify us via email (shapesdesigncompany@gmail.com).

 

If you have submitted an incorrect shipping address, please notify us via email (shapesdesigncompany@gmail.com) within 24 hours via email so we can update your order.

Due to COVID, we are not offering a pick-up option for orders, even if you're local.
